태어날때부터 Lt. arm, both knee & ankle에 mass detected.
Lt. ulnar distal portion에 osteochondroma로 인하여 premature growth plate arrest발생하여 ulnar shortening, radial head dilocation되었음.
02' 11월에 수술 시행받음(distal radius osteochondroma excision, ulnar lengthening with Illizarov)

Dx) forearm deformity (ulnar shortening & bowing, radial head dislocation), Lt
d/t osteochondromatosis

Tx) #1. Ulnar n. exploration, Lt
#2. Osteochondroma excision, distal radius, Lt
#3. Deformity correction of ulna by open wedge corticotomy by Ilizarov apparatus, Lt
#3. Ulnar lengthening by Ilizarov apparatus, Lt

Postop plan) pop 7일째부터 0.5mm/day lengthening start후 2주간 7mm lengthening예정.
pop 21일째 2nd stage op에정임. distal radius에 Ilizarov half ring 달고 distal radius fixation한후 ulnar lengthening과 같이 radius downward translation하여 radial head reduction예정임. 또한 distal radius의 bowing을 correction 하기 위해 closed wedge osteotomy하여 acute하게 correction 할 예정임.
