- L4-5 : disk bulging and HNP (protrusion), central type with both neural foraminal narrrowing
- L5-S1 : disk bulging
3) Spinal canal :
- L4-5 : mild to moderate spinal stenosis by disk disease, mild Facet joint arthrosis, and ,ilgamentum flavum thickening
